These are reactive stand-alone treatments. At Banish, we understand that some pest activity can cause significant distress and as such we aim to book your first visit within three working days of you getting in touch. These treatments cease as soon as the site has been confirmed clear of pest activity.

This is the most appropriate option for you if you rarely have pest issues, or if your pest issue is particularly seasonal (yearly cluster flies for example). If you find yourself concerned about pests on your property more than once or twice a year, it may be more cost effective to consider contracted cover with us.

Contracted cover

Some places, especially here in Norfolk, will simply never be free of pest activity without year-round pest control in place. This is where Banish Pest Control comes in. We provide year-long contracts, usually of eight or twelve routine visits per annum. If your premise often has pest intrusions, a contract is the appropriate option for you. A contract with us will usually include any additional follow-up visits outside of your scheduled visits free of charge, should they be required to control an infestation.

Contracts can be tailored specifically to meet your needs, whether you have a pristine lawn which requires constant treatment of burrowing animals like moles and rabbits, or you are a restaurant that needs meticulous monitoring for insect pests.
